Vicki and Don DeVore have developed strong relationships with candidates and companies, calling upon their background and experiences to support both sides of the recruiting equation. Vicki DeVore operates from a teaching and researching perspective.
Vicki DeVore is the CEO of GRN Potomac and brings a background in education, training, and management. Her experience in varied teaching and manufacturing environments brings a broad understanding of meeting the training needs of your organization. As an education director for historical venues, Vicki has developed and managed programs for private and public organizations. Her interests lie in gardening, history and community education.
Don DeVore is the President of GRN Potomac. Prior to the permanent placement industry, his career path in Human Resources Management included Labor Relations, EH&S Compliance, Training, Regulatory Compliance, and Organizational Development in manufacturing, distribution and transportation organizations. His experience on the manufacturing floor and ability to bring together teams to accomplish short and long term goals makes him an exceptional builder - building successful teams - engaged individuals. He has led internatinoal labor relations teams, creating success for company and labor. Don's experience extends to non-union environments. Don's interests include history, woodworking, and music.
